Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu Haneda Airport Terminal 2 - Tokyo

The rooms are decent size and fashionable with a sofa bed.

It had great and incredible location close to terminal 2 for a flight outside of Japan at Haneda airport, the restaurant / cafe and international airport. Cafe Traveller's Coffee located 1 km away was a nice surprise. We had fashionable and modern rooms with an electric kettle and refrigerators.

The great help of the stuff, precisely working check in and out, receiving and departing customs are all superb!

The room was relatively large for Japanese standards. The location at the airport was well arranged and the staff was friendly. Depending on the room you also have a nice view over the airport.

The bed was on the hard side. The room was not very well cleaned. Shower in the bathtub is not my preference. The staff was friendly but spoke English very poor. The room was quite humid which could not be solved with the device in the room.

Loved our rooms with nice bathroom.

Our stay was just one night and we felt very comfortable. We loved the hard mattress!!

The price for a one night stay is a little on the pricey side.

Can just recommend for a quick weekend visit

Comfortable room, convenient location, and excellent amenities made our overnight stay enjoyable, especially the complimentary wi-fi and easy access to public transport that took us to central attractions in about 40 minutes.

I enjoyed the serene atmosphere of the hotel after navigating a chaotic airport, and the easy access to the nearby observation deck provided a great view of the runway and surrounding ocean, making my stay so much better.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - I had to get some help getting my laptop talking to the internet, which was very quickly solved.

Convenient to have some rest after a long trip

I loved the staff and the convienence of the hotel. It was a great stay and the room was fabulous.

The price was too high and I won't stay there again because of that :(

Convenience to food and amenities at the Domestic Terminal

The staff could not converse effectively in English and that was fustrating during crisis as we were there during the earthquake last friday. We asked for a non smoking room but we didnt get one.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient for our early morning flight. The room was spacious and very clean, a relief, especially with our baby in tow. Plus, the microwave and vending machines on our floor were fantastic additions for families.

In my wife's opinion, having more support for families with luggage at check-in would improve the experience.

The staff was excellent!! The front desk agents were very friendly, and before I left the hotel to my plane, the man near the elevator conversed with me in English and offered me a newspaper. I was very satisfied with the service presented to me.
